The owners have over 40 years of combined construction experience. They have worked as project managers with general contractors that have built spec, semi-custom and custom homes that ranged from 1,800sq feet to 16,000 sq feet through out the Chicagoland area.

These homes were built in Lombard, Westmont, South Barrington, Oak Brook, Wheaton and Lake in the Hills. They have also built strip centers from ground up and worked with the Tenants to complete their build-outs and turn the property over with an occupancy permit.
